Sleeping Arrangements: * Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the lanai. * Guest Suite: Queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom. * Bedroom 3: Two comfortable twin beds. * Dedicated Workspace: A flexible room with a twin trundle bed (sleeps 2), offering a quiet space for remote work or extra guests.

This is a peaceful residential neighborhood intended for relaxation and quiet enjoyment. Pool & Spa Heating: Pool and spa heat are included in your stay and operate on a preset daily schedule designed to keep everything comfortable while avoiding unnecessary energy usage. Manual control may be available upon request for specific needs and is subject to reasonable daily usage guidelines. No parties or events, and quiet hours after 10pm. Primary guest must be 25+. No smoking anywhere on the property. The lake is ideal for peaceful views and wildlife watching, but not for swimming. Guests will be asked to follow basic pool safety and house guidelines during their stay.
