We had a wonderful stay at Anita and Nermin’s place. Nermin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very cozy, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really loved the space and felt right at home. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

This rental was the cleanest and most up to date that I have ever stayed in. It was on the canal with a lovely water view and the outdoor space, pool and hot tub were amazing, especially the changing colors in the evening. Everything we needed was there for us including cable TV in the living room (being seniors, streaming TV is a challenge for us!) We were sent friendly reminders by the host about taking the trash to the curb and what tasks needed to be done for a proper check out. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Anita for sharing your beautiful home with us for my birthday!

I have been in a few Airbnbs this is one of the best ones. I have had some so poorly misrepresented I asked for a full refund and left. This one was everything the promised clean pet free and has plenty of room. I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely little home! It was clean, organized, warm and so elegant! And the best part is that there’s a beautiful lake nearby. Will definitely reserve again if I ever decide to come back and visit San Francisco. Thank you, Anita, for such a wonderful stay.

This was a lovely place to stay. The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to feel at home. The host was kind and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Overall, a great experience we’d definitely return. Just wish the temperature outside would have been a bit warmer.

Anita H’s place was awesome. It’s in a great location with lots of nearby places to visit and activities, and it’s conveniently close to Lake wood and San Francisco while still feeling peaceful. The home was comfortable and well kept. Anita was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow! The house was immaculate and stocked with plenty of amenities to get our stay started. There are four TVs throughout the home. The living room TV had limited cable channels and streaming apps, but we were able to sign in to our own accounts. The A/C was super cold—we often had to raise the temperature and grab blankets when we were lounging around. Check-out was painless: just take out the trash and put the towels in the washer and start the load.

My husband and I came to Castro Valley to visit our grandchildren. Anita’s warm and cozy suite fit right into the nature of our visit. Anita and her husband were friendly and responsive. They were also accommodating when we needed to check in a couple hours early. Though the unit is attached to their home we had complete privacy. The suite was spotless and comfortable. The neighborhood is family based and a pleasure to be in. That said, they are very close to Lake Chabot, a wonderful spot to visit. We look forward to returning to this airbnb!
