A few important details to ensure you have a wonderful stay: **Community Pool Information:** * The pool is a shared community amenity and is open seasonally. The HOA determines the exact opening and closing dates, which are at their discretion. Guests booking during shoulder seasons (spring/fall) should be aware that it may not be open. * The HOA reserves the right to close the pool at any time for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice. This is beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued for pool closures. * To access the pool, please use the provided access key/card. It is located in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink. Please be sure to return it to the drawer before you check out to avoid a replacement fee.
